Pushes and Pulls

We are learning about force and motion, specifically pushes and pulls. Today we did some experimenting with a large tote. 

We learned that it was easier to push our friend in the tote on the linoleum floor than it was on the rug. This is because there is less friction. 

We also learned that we could use less force to push lighter objects than heavy objects.
