Kindergarten Post Office

Today at choice time, we had fun playing Post Office. We wrote and mailed letters for the mailman to deliver. 

3D Shaped

We have been learning about 3D shapes. Today we tried to make spheres, cylinders, cones, pyramids and cubes out of play-doh. This was challenging! 

Field trip to the Lawrence Memorial Library

Today we went to the Lawrence Memorial Library. The librarian, Marita, read us a story, showed us around and sang us a fun song. Then we got to check out a book!

Post Office field trip

On Tuesday, we had a great visit to the Post Office in Bristol. We got to go behind the scenes and learn how nail is sorted and delivered. We even got to cancel the stamp on our letters. What fun! 

Our next stop was a picnic at the park and some playground fun! My daughter Amanda and her boyfriend Diego got in on the action too. 

Our final stop was the creeme stand, yum!!

What a great field trip!
